Consulting

Brannick HR Connections (BHRC) collaborates with clients to achieve powerful results.  While BHRC has experience with a vast array of individual, team or organizational strategies and tools, the client also has experience that is critical to addressing their specific challenges.  BHRC does not tell clients what to do to achieve great results.  In a full and equal partnership with clients, BHRC helps clients “define, discover, and develop” what to do.

Using the “3-D model”, BHRC consults with leaders and organizations on:

BHRC Model

BHRC Model - Define, Develop, Discover

Brannick HR Connections (BHRC) uses the “3-D model” in all consulting, coaching, and speaking engagements. This model ensures that BHRC helps its clients connect the right strategies and the right people to create great relationships. Great relationships produce great results.

Define – BHRC works with key stakeholders to define the purpose of the engagement and what they want to achieve. This step is the most important part of the engagement because the quality and results of the engagement depend on having a clear, focused, and specific purpose.

Discover – BHRC uses a variety of strategies and tools to discover the obvious and “not so obvious” truth about current people and strategies involved in the situation related to the engagement. Identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement in both people and strategies is critical to developing a plan for achieving the results that key stakeholders want to achieve.

Develop – BHRC works with key stakeholders to develop a plan for creating, implementing, and evaluating consulting, coaching, or speaking services and deliverables that will produce the results that key stakeholders want. BHRC then works closely with the client to effectively execute the plan.

Leadership development:  Great relationships at work lead to great results.  Leaders have a significant effect on the quality of relationships in an organization.  Does your organization know what makes a great leader and who the great leaders are in your organization?  Do your leaders have the vision and the skills needed to effectively execute that vision?  Are your leaders willing and able to give their employees what they need, realizing that different employees need different things?  BHRC provides many solutions to help leaders and organizations improve and achieve great results in these areas and more.

Employee engagement:  To achieve great results, organizations need employees to bring the best of who they are to work each.   To do this, leaders and organizations must know who people are, what they want, and then use that information to drive how employees are treated.  BHRC provides many solutions to help organizations better understand who people and what they want so that each person can be treated the way they need and want to be treated.  BHRC also helps organizations evaluate their past, current, and future engagement efforts relative to the results they want and need to achieve.

Employee selection issues:  To achieve great results, organizations must have a steady pipeline of great talent.  Does your organization attract great talent?  Do leaders in your organization know what kind of employees they need to achieve great results?  Do your leaders know how to interview and assess candidates effectively in the hiring process?  Do your leaders know how to  onboard employees so that they are positioned to succeed from day one?  BHRC provides many solutions to help organizations attract, hire, and onboard great talent.

Coaching

One person or a single team can change an organization. Anyone who has worked with an effective leader or team (or an ineffective leader and team) knows the powerful truth of this statement. When one person or one team changes, results change. This philosophy forms the foundation for all Brannick HR Connections’ coaching services. BHRC coaches managers, executives, professionals and teams using the “3-D model” to help them learn, grow, and achieve better results. The effectiveness of coaching depends on many factors including:

  1. The experience of the coach
  2. An individual’s (or team’s) ability and willingness to engage in the coaching process
  3. Fit between the coach and manager or team in terms of approach and style
  4. A clear and specific purpose for coaching
  5. Manager and organizational support of the coaching process

BHRC uses a coaching process that is data-driven, behavior-focused, and aimed at helping the person or the team perform more effectively to achieve organizational goals and results.  For more information about this process, check out the individual and team assessment section of this website.
